I didn’t always plan to own a mobile bar. For years, I worked full-time in accounting, organizing finances and honing a structured, detail-oriented mindset. Over time, though, I realized accounting wasn’t my passion. What truly stayed with me was a simple truth: people never forget how you make them feel. Hospitality came naturally, and in it, I discovered what I was meant to do.
